Delivery, Retruns, Cancellation and Refund policy for UAE online Retail Customers
Delivery & Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on retail items within UAE. There is no minimum order value. The price you see on the website includes VAT and shipping.
- Within Dubai City, we make delivery through our own delivery fleet
- In Emirates other than Dubai, third party couriers are used
- Some faraway areas like Ruwais are not served since there is no courier service to such town.
- The typical delivery time is within 2 days of shipping
- We offer cash on delivery and Secure credit card payment through Telr gateway
- For COD, you pay for products when you receive them.
- For both COD and Secure payment, you get an email order confirmation- specifying the mode of payment you have opted for.
- For online Secure payment, we don't deduct your card immediately on order placement. Once the order is placed, we check our inventory and make the goods ready for delivery. Once the goods are ready for delivery, we call you for address confirmation and then charge your card.
- For secure payment, you will get a message from your bank immediately upon order confirmation through the channel you have opted for. The only message from Datacare would be the email confirmation with details
Products Eligible for return :
The product can be returned to us if you received a product from us that was damaged, defective, tempered, or didn't match the specifications shown on the website. The Return must be made within 3 days of receipt, the product must be unopened ( exception is if the product was damaged or wrong product) and must be returned in its original packaging.
Once you have returned the product to us, we authorize a return within 2 days . Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Upon authorization, we issue the refund only through the Original Mode of Payment within 2 days for the value of the product ( Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable).it may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
Customers can cancel an order any time before it's shipped. On cancellation, we issue the refund only through the Original Mode of Payment ( Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable).
