All the Seagate Drives we sell are covered by Limited warranties, as specified by Seagate. Limited Warranties mean that you get a full replacement in the first year, but a declined value in the subsequent years.

Only Hardware replacement is covered under warranty and the data recovery is not included in warranties. You can buy Seagate Rescue services ( for Data Recovery) at a nominal cost at the time of hard drive purchase
