- You can buy additional Extended warranties . Such Warranties can only be bought at the time of Initial Purchase, or within 30 days of the purchase.
- DataCare Offers Optional Warranties even after 30 days of purchase. Such Warranties are sold on the estimation of Spare part cost that might be incurred in case of failure
- SRS - Synology Advanced Replacement services are not available in UAE Region. DataCare offers Next Business Day replacement at a cost which is estimated case to case.
